Elio Dalla Giovanna, born in Piacenza, Italy
From a young age, Elio has a passion for different forms of physical workouts such as martial arts, yoga and tai chi. After years of practising those disciplines he discovered Pilates in 2000 and then started the certification program. Certified in New York City, by Romana Kryzanowska and her daughter Sari Mejia Santo, he was lucky to have the opportunity to work with them.
Beside his 3 years New York experience at truepilatesny.com (Drago's GYM) he was invited to work as a guest teacher in Bermuda, Iceland, Vienna and Milan theartofpilates.com.
In 2007 he decided to move to Zurich where he opened the Vero Pilates Studio together with Sonja Gerber.
